CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS WITH DEDONE:
You must request the exchange within seven calendar days from the date of receipt recorded by the post office. The request must be made by email at ateliepohl@gmail.com, containing the order number and name of the person responsible for the purchase.
The product must be repackaged in the original packaging with the warranty card and sent using the postal code provided. We are not responsible for damage to goods sent using other packaging. If faults and defects resulting from misuse are detected during the analysis, the model will be resent in the same way.
In case of unavailability of the product, you can choose another merchandise of equal value or refund the purchase.
Returns without prior notice will be disregarded, so follow the instructions above and wait for us to contact you.
The deadline for resending the product is 3 to 7 business days after delivery to our headquarters. In case of refund of the amount, the deadline will be up to 5-7 business days after the date of receipt at our headquarters. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made on the card statement.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
OUR WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Atelier Pohl's warranty is 4 months and does not cover parts worn out by use, wear caused by knocks, shocks and polishing made with abrasive products, misuse, lost, dented, broken, scratched, dirty parts, loss or breakage of stones and parts that were modified or recorded outside of Atelier Pohl.
