SHIPPING POLICIES (CUSTOMIZATION TIME OF 15 BUSINESS DAYS)

 

Atelier Pohl products have a production time of 15 working days, as all jewelry is custom-made, manually, one by one.

SENDING THE ORDER​

After confirmation of payment for the order made on the website, the deadline for making and posting the order at the Post Office is up to 15 working days.

They can be sent using the following services, at the customer's choice: PAC or SEDEX (via CORREIOS).

*The shipping cost will be charged to the customer according to the delivery service purchased, together with the calculation of the weight (Kg) of the product purchased. (This calculation is carried out automatically when making the purchase, directly on the Pohl Atelier website).

*Once the deadline for sending the order to the Post Office by Pohl Atelier has been met, delays in delivery of the product due to strikes or other factors on the part of the Post Office are not the company's responsibility.
